Ruffles

Detective Ruffles was hired as a Patrolman with the Queen City Police Department in 1987. He was promoted to Sergeant in 1995 and in 2003 promoted to his current position of Detective. Detective Ruffles has a bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice with a minor in Early Childhood Development.

Ricardo

Detective Ricardo was raised in rural Sheboygan. He then moved to Washington D.C. where he received a B.S. in Criminal Justice and a Minor in Abnormal Psychology from George Washington University. In 1990 he was hired as a Patrolman by the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department and shortly after received a Medal of Valor from President George H. W. Bush. In 1998 he was hired by the Queen City Police Department as a Detective. He has received training in High Tech Criminal Forensic Computing, Crime Scene Evaluation and Processing, Advanced Interview and Interrogation, and Canine Handling.
